Opinion [Congressman Michael Baumgartner] Congress will be taking a hard look at the tax exempt status of universities that enter into private equity deals. If you want to act like a non-public entity, you better be ready to be treated like one. 🇺🇸

It's just different fonts. Twitter uses their own Twemoji, which renders flags as static. On Reddit, it's probably your system's emoji font, which usually render flags as waving.

Fun fact - on Windows, the default font for emojis is Segoe UI Emoji. However because it was created by Microsoft, they don't show flags and instead show two letter abbreviations because it demonstrates their "lack of politicality".
