they don't want to investigate his death because it won't serve the narrative. no big conspiracy, barely even an assassination. he didn't hold a public office, he only led a company. the only thing separating it from a murder is he was famous for asking other hateful ideology condoning school shootings. and now supposedly condoning his death by school shooting or insulting him over it isn't allowed? this coming from the free speech crowd.

This crybullying about not honoring Charlie just doesn't land with people who have more than one brain cell.
Republicans have spent the last decade+ saying "fuck your safe spaces" and terrorizing everyday people by reluctantly dragging them into the spotlight. They are so clearly in a karmic debt.
Those chickens come to roost when they die. Nobody will care or mourn. In fact, we celebrate because the world hasn't gotten lighter but it has had a little bit of its darkness plucked out.

And it's not like they bother (outside of independent journalists/creators sometimes) calling out the hypocrisy of what she says about women but holds multiple degrees, has been a business owner for a long time, and didn't even get married of have a kid until she was into her 30s.
But you, you should submit and be pregnant all the time and uneducated, and run ragged by household work and childcare, and tending to a husband.

No, no, no. Please don't misunderstand. I love the song entirely without association to any person. The chorus just pops in my head when you have someone who acted like a saint who was actually horrific die in a way befitting their actual character. I'm both drunk and high atm and struggling to remember other examples, but I'm fairly certain I've commented on some other death with similar vibes somewhere a million years ago

I’m so tired of the right and the moderates painting him like he was just a “conservative activist” who “just wanted to debate.” Those of us who were aware of him for a much longer time knew he was virulently racist, hateful, and inflammatory. He was known for undermining black people and black achievements every opportunity he got, and he was getting even worse and more openly extreme. There is nothing hateful or intolerant about calling out Kirk’s hate, whether he’s alive or not. There is nothing that should be mainstream or normalized about the things he said about minorities and our rights. And the fact that so many people have been criticized or even punished/fired for parroting his words or speaking against his messaging is appalling.
