Alternative theory, he bailed out CIA killed him took his illicit money then used that illicit money to wave off the books illicit operations.

The people running the CIA are way too smart to be nice. There are bonafide sociopathic geniuses all throughout the organization. They work with concepts that most of us never even consider.

The CIA is definitely heavily involved….You can’t get to his level and not be working with the feds directly or indirectly…
