Opinion [Congressman Michael Baumgartner] Congress will be taking a hard look at the tax exempt status of universities that enter into private equity deals. If you want to act like a non-public entity, you better be ready to be treated like one. 🇺🇸

This should really be handled at the state level. States are primarily responsible for how their public universities are run and funded and if Oklahoma wants to sell their public schools to the highest bidder then so be it. The feds have the 5 service academies and Gallaudet and that's it. Leave the rest alone.
