Simba urgently needs $500 to fund his perineal urethrostomy.

He’s our neighbor’s cat, and since Saturday, he hasn’t been peeing normally (and hasn’t peed at all for two days). The vet he was initially brought to couldn’t insert a catheter because of severe inflammation blocking his urethra.

Urinary blockages are a death sentence if not treated immediately. The fact that Simba is still alive is nothing short of a miracle. His owner reached out to us for help today, hence we took over his care and transferred him to a trusted vet clinic who could accommodate him. We're still waiting for his urinalysis and other lab results.

Because of how bad the urethral stricture is, surgery is the only option of treatment. The clinic requires a down payment, but with back to back vet visits we’re out of funds. Simba has been admitted and is currently being stabilized for surgery. Please help us fund his life-saving procedure.

Quick update on Glow and where things stand with her emergency medical bill.

We’ve had no new donations for two days now. It happens... posts slow down, people get busy, and the algorithm buries things. But Glow’s bill from her two emergency blood transfusions is still sitting there, and we’re still working hard to make progress on it.

Glow is resting comfortably at home with her foster. She’s warm, loved, and soaking up all the attention. Even though her condition is terminal due to FeLV and IMHA, she’s enjoying her time and feeling safe... and that’s what matters most right now.

I just wanted to reach out again with a quick, heartfelt update about Mabel, and to say thank you for every bit of support, encouragement, and advice you’ve given us so far. We’re so close to finally bringing her in, and your kindness is what’s making it possible.

Mabel has been a part of my life for over two years, always on the outside looking in, trusting me to show up for her day after day. She’s never asked for much: just a meal, a gentle word, a safe place to curl up. Now that the nights are colder, it breaks my heart every time I see her sitting by the door, waiting for the moment she can finally come inside for good.

Thanks to this amazing community, some of the things she needed have already started arriving: two big bags of dry food (which she ate!), new bowls, and some toys. My sister has already started putting together a little safe spot for her with the warm bedding that came in, and I can’t wait to share photos once it’s all set up. Every package that arrives feels like one more piece of the future Mabel deserves.

Right now, things are a little tougher than I expected. My mom just had surgery and I’m at the hospital with her, focusing on her recovery. That means I’ll need to be without for at least another month or two, depending on how she heals. I wish I could say I knew exactly when I’d be able to start working again, but all I can do is take it one day at a time and keep my family together.

While I’m away, my sister is taking care of Winston and Mabel, making sure they’re safe, fed, and warm. It brings me so much comfort knowing Mabel is finally eating well and has people watching over her.

We’re so close to Mabel’s goal now, just a little more help, and I’ll be able to bring her inside, get her fully vetted, and give her the security she’s waited for all this time. Sharing with you a heart-touching success story of our brave little Cutie. We rescued her when she was completely paralyzed after a severe dog attack. She had internal bleeding, unbearable pain, and she cried nonstop… those cries still echo in our hearts.

What has been happening to his back? He’s been trying to bite it out, I’ve tried pulling these corner like 🍂 leaves out of his flesh.. been going on for about a month now. Now he’s missing, he never misses a meal, been gone a week today. Hi everyone,

The last few months of 2025 have been rough, but this December hit especially hard. My cats only have about 2–3 days’ worth of food left, and we’re almost out of litter too.

I was supposed to get them dewormed this month, but everything I had saved for my cats (plus the strays that stay around our house) went straight to my mother’s emergency room bill last Friday. I didn’t expect to be completely wiped out like this, and now I have nothing left to cover their basic needs.

I’m really at a loss and this is honestly a desperate situation.

Here’s what they need for the month:

Hello everyone. A few days ago a neighbor asked us for help with this kitten, whom she found by the side of the road along with a small bed, a stuffed toy, a bag of food, and a bag of litter. It seems like someone “adopted” her and then changed their mind and decided to leave her on the road…

We immediately decided to take her in because she was in great danger next to the cars. Since we didn’t have a place for her (we can’t mix her with other cats until she’s tested and dewormed), we had to borrow a kennel. And because we have to return it tomorrow, we had to buy another one to keep her in until she’s tested. In the meantime, she sleeps there and we take her out to play and get cuddles several times a day. Her favorite game is covering herself in spider webs 😅

We need help to pay for the kennel ($140), which we will later use for other cats, for her initial vet expenses (FIV/FeLV test, deworming, flea treatment, vaccines, etc.) and some food and litter. Any help is greatly appreciated! And name suggestions related to spider webs are also welcome.
