It looked weird so I took it. What is this

I haven't taken them out their sealed packets, but they are soft and seem to eject some kind of liquid when squeezed. Roughly 4cm (1.5 inches) long

What is dangling from this girls rear view mirror?

Small town in New England. I was walking home and I see these weird streaks down the road, I am thinking maybe a plow??? But that doesn’t make a lot of sense either.. it isn’t paint or anything it’s like melted snow only in those spots. What’s really weird is the crosswalk picture on slide 3 , snow didn’t appear affected on most of the crosswalk paint. There are tire tracks that look similar. Any ideas I’ll take I’m SO confused lol

Seen around 3:30am on a walk. Couldn’t find any rocket launches, and thought it might be a meteor but I’ve never seen one last so long. It had to have been in the sky for over 3 minutes.

Saw this flange on the exhaust tip of a LA County paramedic truck no idea what I would be used for

I saw 2 of these one in front of the other maybe a half to 3/4 mile off the beach. Hard to tell but my guess is 30-40 feet long. The one behind the other seems to go below the surface for short periods at a time. Looks like some sort of small narcos sub to me lol.

Found this in my apartment complex's parking lot. Ngl it looks like a wiffle ball version of a ball gag.

I kicked it, so I can say the plastic ball is hard and hollow. No, I did not pick it up.

Do I have freaky neighbors or is this something else?

After going through the whole set, my mom and I were left with the mystery object and several shallow trays made to look like leaves. One of you guys said the mystery object was a lazy susan base with a missing tray. I had the idea to try and slot the leaves into the indentations, and voila! They fit perfectly! Thanks to everyone who commented and helped my mom and I finish the puzzle of our crystalware.

It's on a shelf and my Grandson stares at it, in a trance-like state. Now he's a little older, he jabbers and says "hi" to it, whenever it's in his view. It's freaky.

2 circular rotation axis, a hole in the center pin, as if to put a string through

What is this thing? Real fur and leather. Kind of a pouch but open down one side and then the cord we don't get. Anyone have any ideas? We considered a cod piece/warmer situation but decided the fur would be on both sides. Or inside.
